Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Cubexy’s services. By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Cubexy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) designs, builds, and delivers Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). These Terms govern your use of our website (www.cubexy.com), consultations, products, services, and communication.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must also have the authority to represent the property on which the ADU will be installed.

Note: Final design and construction are subject to local zoning laws and permit approvals. Timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location, permitting agency, and weather.
All pricing is presented transparently before signing. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design and permitting phase. Full payment schedule and project milestones will be outlined in your Service Agreement. br Late or incomplete payments may delay project progress.
Change requests after project kickoff may incur additional fees. Cancellations before fabrication may be eligible for partial refunds, minus administrative and design costs. br Once fabrication begins, refunds are not available.
You agree to provide timely access to your property for site assessments, delivery, and installation. You are responsible for ensuring your site is legally suitable for ADU installation (e.g., setbacks, easements, foundation access, etc.).
All Cubexy designs, plans, and materials are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.
Cubexy offers a [1- to 10-year] limited warranty on workmanship and materials. Full warranty details are included in your Service Agreement.
Cubexy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services directly associated with the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or country in which the project is executed. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or small claims court, where applicable.
